Supreme Court declines to take on net neutrality challenges, in blow to telecom industry

In a reversal for attention groups, a U.S. Supreme Court on Monday announced that it would not take adult hurdles to Obama-era “net neutrality” regulations that barred internet use providers from giving certain business favoured treatment.

The Trump administration overturned those regulations final year, and given Jun they have not been in effect. But a operation of hurdles to a regulations remained before a court, brought by groups such as a United States Telecom Association, ATT and The Internet Television Association.
